Our Family Cap

If you're registering multiple members of a large family, the BHHC Family Cap may lower your registration fees.

HOW IT Works

The Family Cap applies separately for junior and senior fees as shown below:

Junior Cap (players aged 5 to 16) - $175
Senior Cap (players aged 17 and over)- $720

If the total eligible portion of your registration fees within either cap exceed the cap amount, the eligible portion of your registration fees will be capped. The following are the cap-eligible portions of each registration fee (note that player ages are as at 1st January 2017).

Players aged 5 to 8 (new players)
$50 of each registration is subject to the $175 Junior Cap

Players aged 5 to 8 (returning players)
$35 of each registration is subject to the $175 Junior Cap

Players aged 9 to 12
$70 of each registration is subject to the $175 Junior Cap

Players aged 13 to 16
$80 of each registration is subject to the $175 Junior Cap

Players aged 17 and over
$230 of each registration is subject to the $720 Senior Cap

If the cap-eligible portion of your Junior fees, as shown above, exceed $175, you will pay no more than $175 in cap-eligible fees. Likewise, if your Senior cap-eligible fees exceed $720, you will pay no more than $720 in cap-eligible fees.

An Example...

A family with a senior women's player, two Under 11s players and one Under 17s player would normally pay cap-eligible fees of $230 for the senior player and $220 for the junior players. Applying the family cap, the senior fees of $230 don't exceed the senior cap of $720 and are therefore not affected. The junior fees of $220 are higher than the junior cap of $175 and are therefore reduced by $45. So overall, this family saves $45 from their total registration cost.
