To our current and future members,
Hills Hockey Club is preparing for an exciting year at our new home, the Gables Hockey Complex (corner of Fontana Drive and Red Gables Road, Box Hill North). This new chapter brings great opportunity, along with some challenges as we settle into the facility.
As Hills Hockey Club continues to grow, the club relies on the dedication of volunteers working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. We encourage all members to consider contributing some of their time to support the club and help build a strong and sustainable future for hockey together.

Don't forget... you must be wearing a mouthguard and shinguards to be on the field at training and games.
​ If you are not wearing both, you will be asked to leave the field.

New To The Club?

It’s great you’re considering playing with our club! To help decide whether hockey will fit in with your schedule, here’s some key details about playing hockey with us.

Juniors - U8's and Under

• Minimum age is 5
• Season starts at the beginning of Term 2 and ends in August (typically no games during school holidays)
• Games are mostly at Ryde, Concord and Pennant Hills
• Games are always on Saturday mornings
• U6 play on a 1/8 field size
• U8 play on a 1/4 field size
• Train on TBA nights at either Gables or Pennant Hills

Juniors - U10's and U12's

• Season runs from March to September (typically no games during school holidays)
• Matches are mostly at Pennant Hills or Ryde, with occasional games at North Turramurra, Concord or Lidcombe
• Matches are on Saturday mornings
• Play on half field
• Train on TBA nights at either Gables or Pennant Hills

Juniors - U14's, U16's and U18's

• Season runs from March to September (typically no games during school holidays)
• Matches are mostly at Pennant Hills or Ryde, with occasional games at North Turramurra, Concord or Lidcombe
• Matches are on Friday nights
• Play on full size field
• Play on full size field
• Train on TBA nights at either Gables or Pennant Hills

Women

• Season runs from March to September
• Matches mostly at Pennant Hills with the occasional game at Ryde, North Turramurra or Lidcombe
• Matches played on Sundays
• Train on TBA nights at either Gables or Pennant Hills

Men

• Season runs from March to September
• Matches at various fields throughout Sydney on Saturday Afternoons
• Train on TBA nights at either Gables

Registration Fees - 2026

Use your active kids voucher to reduce your registration fees.
All fees include Hockey Australia, Hockey NSW, North West Sydney Hockey Association and our club fees.

Players turning 8 and under in 2025
